Bogoyavlenniye (grich. Epiphaneia — «yavleniye», «yavleniye Boga»), ili v zapadnoy traditsii — Epifaniya, yavlyaetsya odnim iz drevneishikh khristianskikh prazdnikov, kotoraya istoriya i sovremennaya praktyka raskryvayut slozhnuyu teologicheskuyu evolyutsiyu. Initsial’no edinyy prazdnik Voploщeniya Boga, on v processe liturgicheskogo razvitiya razdelilsya na neskol’ko smyslovyh fokusov, glavnym iz kotoryh v zapadnom khristianstve stalo pokloneniye volkov, a v vostochnom — Krestiye Gospodne (Bogoyavlenniye). Analiz ego genesisisa pozvolyaet prosledit’, kak rannuya Tserkov osmysslivala i utverzhdayushcha bogovlennost’ Khrista v polemike serezhiami.
Istoricheskie svidetel’stva ukazyvayut, chto vo II–III vekakh vostochnykh khristianskikh obshchinnah (v pervuyu ochered, v Egitse i Maloy Azii) otmechali 6 yanvarya edinyy prazdnik, ob’edinyavshiy neskol’ko kljuchevykh sobytiy, v kotorih, po ikh mneniyu, yavlena bogovlennost’ Khrista:
Rozhdestvo (Voploщeniye).
Pokloneniye volkov (yavlenno yazycheskomu miru).
Krestiye v Iordanane (yavleniye kak Syna Bozhego, glas s nebа).
Chudo v Kane Galiileyskoy (yavleniye sily).
Interesting fact: drevneisheye prjamoe upominnye prazdnovaniya 6 yanvarya otnosit k gnosticheskoy sekte vasilidyan (II v.), chto podtolknulo pravoslavnykh teologov k bol’she chestnoy dogmaticheskoy razrabotke sostoyaniya prazdnika v protivoves ereticheskim tolkovaniyam.
Na Zapade же, v Rimskoy tserkvi, uzh s serediny IV veka pod vliyaniem, veroyatno, zhelaya kristianizirovat yazycheskiy prazdnik Natalis Solis Invicti («Rozhdeniye Nepobedimogo Solnca»), data 25 dekabrya utverdilas’ kak den’ Rozhdestva. Eto privelo k raspyleniyu smyslov: 25 dekabrya stalo prazdnikom istoricheskogo rozhdeniya Khrista po telu, a 6 yanvarya — dukhovnogo «yavleniya» miru, aktsentuyuschy Krestiye i pokloneniye volkov. Eto razdeleniye bylo otsenno zakrepleno k konetsu IV veka.
Vo pravoslavii Bogoyavlenniye stalo sinonimom Krestiye Gospodnego. Teologicheskiy aktsent zdes’ — na yavlenii vsej Svyatoy Troitsy: Syn krestitsya, Duh nisheod v vide goluba, Otech svidetel’stvuet glasom. Eto sobytiye traktyuetsya kak:
Osveshcheniye vodnogo estestva i, shchiriye, vsego tvarnogo mira.
Proobraz khristianskogo taинstva Krestiye.
Yavleniye Messii Izrailyu i nachalo ego obshchestvennogo sluzheniya.
Central’nyy obryad prazdnika — Velikoye osveshcheniye vody (agiasma). Ego chin, vkluchayushchi trikratnoe pogruzheniye kresta i chtenie osобыkh molitv, slozhilsya k V–VI vekam. Interesting fact: nauchnyy analiz pokazal, chto krestyenskaya voda, vzyataya iz odnogo istochnika, deistvitel’no demonstrirovaet povyshennuyu stabil’nost’ i biofotonnuyu aktivnost’, chto veruyushchie трактuyut kak chudo, a uchenye svyazyvayut s izmeneniyem ee struktury pri nizkikh temperaturah i moll’moshnom psychoemotsional’nom zarade obryada.
Vo katolitsizme i protestantizme dominiruet syuzhet o pokloneniye volkov (magov), izlozheny v Evangeliye ot Matfeya. V Srednevekov’e etot syuzhet obrestal detalyami:
Volkhi stali tsar’ami (psalm 71:10-11: «tsari… budut poklonit’sya Eemu»).
Ich chislo stabilizirovalos’ kak trye (po chislu darov: zoloto — tsar’u, ladan — Bogu, smirna — smertnomu cheloveku).
Poyavilis’ imena: Kaspár (Gaspár), Mel’kior, Val’tasar, simvolyziroyushchie tri veka i tri chast’ sveta (Evropa, Aziya, Afrika).
Zvezda interpretirovalas’ kak chudesnoe astronimicheskoe yavleniye. Sovremennye gipotezy predpolagayut soedineniye Yupitera i Saturna v svezdnom sostoyanii Ryb (7 g. do n.э.) ili poyavleniye komety Galleya (12 g. do n.э.).
Etot syuzhet porodil bogatuyu kul’turnuyu traditsiyu: ot shedevrov zhivopisi (Dzhotto, Bottychelli) do narodnykh obychayev — «peniye zvezd» (Sternsingen) v Germanii i Avstrii, gde deti, peredetiyu volkov, pishut osveshchyonym melom na dveryah domov znak «C+M+B» (lat. Christus mansionem benedicat — «Da blagoslovi Khristos etot dom» ili initsial’nye bukvy volkov).
Segodnya prazdnik sushchestvuet v mnogorazlichii form:
Pravoslavie: Sohranyaet strogiy liturgicheskiy fokus na Krestiye. Krestyenskie kupyaniya v iordananyah (prorubyah) stali massovym, khot’ i ne obyazatel’nym, narodnym obychayem, simvolyzuemym ochenishcheniya i prisoedineniya k chudu.
Katolitsizm: V Ishpanii i Latinskoy Amerike 6 yanvarya — Den’ Trokh Korolyev (Día de los Reyes Magos) — glavnyy den’ dareniya podarok detyam, konkuriroyushchiy s Rozhdestvom. Ustraivayutsya krasivye parady (kavalkady).
Global’nyy kontekst: V svetskoy kul’ture obrazy volkov proryvno voшли v rozhdestvenskuyu atributiku (vertepi, openki). Data 6 yanvarya znamenuet okonchaniye rozhdestvenskogo tsikla («dvenadcataya noch’»).
Nauchnoe i mezhdukonfessional’noe izuchenie Bogoyavlenniya sposobstvuet dialogu. Istoriko-kriticheskiy metod izuchayet istoki evangelicheskogo povestvovaniya, a liturgicheskoe bogosluzhcheniye raskryvaet glubinu ego simvoliki. Prazdnik ostavlyaetsya zhivym primernym togo, kak odno drevneisheye khristianskoe torzhestvo, adaptiruyushchis’ k raznym kul’turnym kodam, davlyayet central’nuyu ideyu: yavleniye Bozhestvennogo v mir i priziv k prosvetleniyu vsekh narodov, byt’ to cherez vody Iordanana ili dary vostochnykh mudrykh. Ego sovremennost’ — v postoyannom pereosmyslenii etoy idei v usloviyakh sekulyarnogo mira i mezhdurelinnoy interaktsii.
